Before you contact us
If the problem is use-related, please make sure you have first read the manual, referred to the on-line help, and checked our frequently asked questions. If you are reporting a system error, it is most useful if you can reproduce the error on your machine; so before calling, exit the program, restart the program, and note in detail the steps taken to produce the system error. This will be very helpful in providing the best possible technical support.
Email software related questions or problems to email@example.com. Currently Email support is free, and responses to e-mail are usually sent within 3 days, often 24 hours. If you are using TMS, a backup of the tournament is usually helpful in solving the problem. To create a backup in TMS, select File | Backup Tournament from the main menu. The program will prompt you for a file name with a "tms" extension. Attach this "tms" file to your mail message.
We also offer telephone support Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time. Registered users of our software can purchase blocks of technical support minutes. The minimum block of time is 10 minutes. A purchase of less than 100 minutes is $1.50 per minute. A purchase of 100 minutes or more is $1.00 per minute. We keep track of your balance of minutes and minutes never expire. Every phone call after the first contact, including registrations, re-registering, and purchasing additional minutes, count against your balance. We accept both VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. For those who do not wish to use a credit card, you may purchase blocks of technical support time in advance by check.
Our support number is (770) 993-5723. Have your Club ID and Password ready when you call. The Club ID can be found by selecting Help | About from the application's main menu. The password is required to insure that only authorized persons are accessing your technical support account. If our lines are in use, leave a voice mail message and we will return the call. Be sure to include your Club ID and phone number. Sorry, we cannot return international calls.
