Hello, everybody! Preparations are well underway for the 2002 tournament. We're looking forward to seeing all of you again this year at the Broadstone Racquet Club. Tournament amenities include a banquet on Wednesday night and T-shirts for all participants. As well, free lunches will be provided to players each day of the tournament.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT / DRAWS / PRIZES
This national championship will be governed by USTA rules. Both singles and doubles events will have full feed-in consolations, and all matches will be the best of three tie-break sets. FINAL RESULTS ARE NOW POSTED AT THIS SITE. Prize money will be awarded through fifth place in the singles events and third place in the doubles events.
LODGING--SPECIAL RATES / TRANSPORTATION
Special rates for players are available at the Larkspur Landing Home Suite Hotel (877-527-5778) and the Lake Natoma Inn (800-808-5253). Rates for singles at Larkspur are $110/night for studio rooms and $120 for 1-BR suites ($10 for each additional adult)--cut-off date for group rates is Sept. 9. At Lake Natoma, the rate is $110/night for 1 to 4 adults--cut-off date is Sept 15. Rates don't include taxes/other fees. Sacramento Metropolitan Airport is nearest; you must arrange your own auto transportation.

Notes from Yearbook
The entry fee for the first event is $80.00 and for the second event is $60.00. Players may enter one singles and one doubles event or two doubles events. Players may play in the doubles events with different partners.
