1) Complete online registration 2) Make hotel reservation 3) DO NOT MAKE AIR RESERVATION until notification the required entries are achieved. 4) Make air reservations at that time 5) The balance of your entry fee will be billed to your club account on April 14th unless you choose to pay by credit card or check. HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa is the official hotel. Reserve by calling 866-423-1195. Special Rate: $189 + $20 resort fee per night per room + 10% Tax. Suites available. Be sure to identify yourself as a ClubCorp tournament participant to receive the special rates. A limited number of rooms are being held for the tournament. You may cancel your room by May 6 with no penalty. Cancellations May 7 & After will incur a 1 night + Tax charge on your credit card.. MAKE RESERVATIONS IMMEDIATELY.
ENTRY FEES
1) Registration Fee $50.00 2) Entry Fee: additional $500.00, Cancellations April 14 - May 6 receive $200 refund. Cancellations after May 6 not eligible for refund. All fees returned if tournament is cancelled. Fee includes tennis, Wednesday Dinner Reception (Cash Bar), Thursday Starlight Dinner (Cash Bar); Saturday Awards Banquet (Cash Bar); Courtside player hospitality including fruit, granola bars, soft drinks, beer; Goodie Bag; Awards. Entry fee due April 14, or will be billed to your club account.
