Entry to this tournament is open to all players. Entries must be received no later than 11:59 PM on Wednesday May 21, 2008 (Eastern Time). ENTRY INFORMATION
ENTRY DEADLINE: Wednesday, May 21. Players must enter in their designated NTRP Division. A 3.5 & 3.0 Combination would play in the 3.5 Division. Players may play two divisions, however, players may NOT play two doubles or two mixed, you may play one doubles and one mixed. If entering two divisions, you may be required to play two rounds per division per day.
DRAW PARTY
Friday evening 7:00 - 9:00 PM at the East Lake Woodlands Country Club "Main Clubhouse Ballroom". Dress is casual. Complimentary Food & Cash Bar for Players. Just $20 Per Guest.
FORMAT
All matches are best 2 of 3 sets, regular scoring, 12-point tiebreaker at 6-all. IF sets split, a 10 point Conan Tiebreaker will be played for the third set. FINALS MATCHES will play out the third set...
SCHEDULING
Matches will begin daily at 8:00 AM and continue throughout the day (Saturday - Monday). If you have an avoidance requests due to conflicts, you must notify the tournament director BEFORE THE DRAW IS MADE. Accommodations will be made if possible.
